Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges are only applicable in cases where the product is damaged or defective due to MARON's responsibility or if the size of the received ring does not fit (subject to the Ring Resizing Policy). Please note that MARON does not offer a return policy.


Ring Resizing Policy and Conditions (Within 7 Days)

If the ring you receive does not fit your finger, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must remain in perfect condition, including the original packaging and the product's certificate card.

Once we verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will resize the ring for you and provide shipping details along with a tracking number within 7 business days from the date we receive the item.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the ring back for resizing.
  • MARON will cover the shipping cost to return the resized ring to the customer (via EMS).

Please note that ring resizing is limited to one adjustment per ring. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.
